About Noella Charles
Noella Charles, a self-described Curator of Joy, is a seasoned unscripted television executive and producer with nearly 20 years of experience. She blends creative vision, production expertise, and compassionate leadership to bring bold, authentic stories to life.
Most recently, Noella served as Vice President of Development and Original Production for AllBlk and WE tv, where she Executive Produced the hit series Love During Lockup and Toya & Reginae—one of the network’s top-rated new shows in 2023.
Her diverse portfolio spans live television, reality and docuseries, specials, award shows, and digital content for major networks and streamers including ABC, STARZ, BET, MTV, Netflix, E!, and YouTube.
Rooted in her Afro-Caribbean heritage, Noella is committed to telling stories that celebrate culture and diversity while empowering women to own their voices and their power.
